The Tanfoglio Witness Compact is a compact semi-automatic pistol manufactured by Tanfoglio in Gardone Val Trompia, Italy, and imported by European American Armory (EAA). The Witness series is based on the CZ 75 platform, utilizing a short recoil, locked breech operating system with a Browning linkless cam lock action and a slide in frame rail design that provides a lower bore axis and tighter slide to frame fit. The Compact model features a shortened barrel and grip, a double action/single action trigger system, and a frame mounted safety with half cock notch on the hammer.

This example is chambered in 10mm Auto and features a gray wonder finish on the steel frame and slide, giving it a matte stainless appearance, and is fitted with black rubber grips. The pistol is equipped with a fixed U-notch rear sight and fixed front sight. Accompanied by one 8-round magazine, no original box or accessories included.
