FAQ
What services do you offer?
We bid on contracts for engineering and manufacturing in the defense and aerospace industries. Additionally, we manufacture and sell firearms and firearm accessories for the public.
Why do you focus on both engineering and firearms?
While it may seem an unlikely pairing, our mission is guided by the Framers' principle of balance. They saw the militia—ordinary citizens—as the true guardians of liberty and security. We honor this vision by empowering citizens directly. Our engineering services strengthen national defense and build up our technological and industrial base, while our firearms equip individuals to uphold freedom. It's not just about addressing today's defense needs; it's about sustaining the timeless ideal of a nation rooted in the strength of its people.
How does the process of buying a firearm from you work?
After placing an order and selecting an FFL (Federal Firearms License holder), we verify whether we have that FFL on file or if we can locate it. If not, we'll reach out and request that you to have the FFL send us a copy of their license.
Once the FFL information is confirmed, we'll ship the firearm to them. It's your responsibility to notify the FFL about the incoming shipment. We'll include a copy of your order confirmation, which the FFL will likely use to verify that the correct person is picking up the firearm.
When your dealer receives the firearm, they will process it into their system and transfer it to you as if you had purchased the firearm from them directly. This means you'll fill out a Form 4473, undergo the NICS background check, and comply with any applicable state requirements.
Please allow your dealer some time to process the firearm once it has been delivered. Just because UPS shows it as "delivered" doesn't necessarily mean it's ready for pickup immediately.
What is an FFL?
An FFL (Federal Firearms License) is a license issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) that allows businesses to sell firearms.
We often use the term "FFL" to refer to any business licensed to sell guns. If needed, we may ask for a copy of your selected dealer's FFL, which is usually a PDF. For an example, see our FFL.
How long will shipping take?
We ship all orders within 48 hours of order placement (or after receiving a copy of your dealer's FFL). We use UPS for shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
It's free.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax on orders shipping to Michigan (our home state).
Will you ship [item] to [state]?
You can place an order regardless of your state's laws, but if part or all of the order is prohibited (e.g., magazines over 10 rounds), we will contact you to find a solution.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on firearms due to logistical challenges.
All other items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are not covered. If an item is defective, we'll replace it (or refund if out of stock) at no cost, and we'll cover the return shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the major cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
If you require alternative payment methods like ACH, please contact us to discuss.
Do your products come with a warranty?
While we do not offer warranties on products from other manufacturers, we are committed to standing behind the items we make. If you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to us, and we'll do our best to make things right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can change or cancel it. Just contact us.
What do you do with my data?
We take your privacy seriously. We never store any card information for any reason.
Your order information is never sold, traded, bartered, gifted, or otherwise shared. The only exception is that a copy of your order confirmation is included in the box, which may be shipped to your selected FFL.
Do you ship internationally?
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We are a full-service manufacturing operation, and we can create or source anything you need. Don't hesitate to send us a message, we won't bite. We enjoy working with customers on custom projects.
Are there age restrictions on purchases?
Yes, there are legal age restrictions for purchasing firearms. You must be 18 to purchase rifles or shotguns, and 21 to purchase pistols, SBRs, SBS, suppressors, DDs, and receivers.
Please note that we cannot verify your age before shipping. If your FFL cannot complete the transfer, they may offer to buy it from you, or we can take it back with a 25% restocking fee.
