The Smith & Wesson M&P M2.0 5 inch is the long-slide variant of the M2.0 series, configured here with a flat dark earth polymer frame and matching flat dark earth Cerakote finished slide. The slide has been machined and refinished to accept optics using the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro footprint and the pistol is fitted with an Apex curved trigger kit. The 5 inch barrel and extended slide provide a longer sight radius compared to the standard 4.25 inch model while retaining the same full size frame dimensions and magazine compatibility.

The Apex curved forward set trigger replaces the factory hinged trigger and sear components with a drop in assembly designed to alter the trigger geometry and travel characteristics. The kit reduces trigger pull weight by approximately 2 pounds and shortens overall trigger travel by roughly 40 percent, while also reducing pre travel, over travel, and reset distance while retaining a trigger safety blade.
