Smith & Wesson Model 610-3 10mm Auto, 3 7/8" Barrel, Stainless

The Smith & Wesson Model 610 is a double action/single action revolver built on the N frame, chambered in 10mm Auto. Originally introduced in 1990 and subsequently discontinued, the Model 610 was reintroduced in various production runs due to sustained demand. The 610 is notable as one of the few production revolvers designed around a rimless autopistol cartridge, using full moon clips to headspace and extract the rimless 10mm Auto cartridges. The 10mm Auto cartridge offers a versatile performance envelope in a revolver platform, and the moon clips also permit the use of .40 S&W cartridges. Built on the large N frame, the 610 provides substantial mass to manage recoil and features a full underlug barrel. Sights consist of an interchangeable front sight and a micrometer click adjustable rear sight.

This example is a Model 610-3, SKU 12463, featuring a 3 7/8 inch barrel and a stainless steel finish throughout. The revolver is fitted with rubber Smith & Wesson branded grips. Accompanied by original box and moon clips.
