SIG Sauer P239 SAS Custom Shop .40 S&W, Two Tone, Hogue Rubber Grips

The SIG Sauer P239 is a compact, single stack DA/SA semi automatic pistol designed for concealed carry and duty use. The pistol operates on a short recoil, locked breech system utilizing a modified Browning cam locking mechanism. The P239 uses an aluminum alloy frame paired with a steel or stainless steel slide, and its single stack magazine configuration results in a slim grip profile well suited to concealment. The SAS (SIG Anti Snag) Custom Shop variant was produced by SIG Sauer's Custom Shop and features a comprehensive dehorning treatment in which all sharp edges on the frame and slide are rounded and blended to eliminate snag points during draw from concealment. The SAS treatment includes a flush mounted decocking lever, bobbed hammer, and night sights. The SAS Custom Shop pistols also feature a custom shop grade action with an enhanced DA/SA trigger pull.

This example is the two tone configuration with a black hard coat anodized alloy frame and a natural stainless steel slide. The pistol is fitted with Hogue rubber grips and Meprolight TRU-DOT night sights. Manufactured January 4, 2011. Accompanied by two 7-round magazines, an extra recoil guide rod, and original box.
