The Sig Sauer P220 Legion is the premium tier variant of the P220 platform, Sig Sauer's full size single stack semi automatic pistol originally developed in the 1970s as a military sidearm for the Swiss Army. The P220 operates on a short recoil, locked breech system with a modified Browning cam lock barrel and utilizes a decocking lever on the left side of the frame rather than a manual safety. The Legion series represents Sig Sauer's enhanced production line, incorporating a number of refinements over the standard P220, including Sig's Short Reset Trigger (SRT), distinctive Legion gray finish, custom G10 grips with the Legion medallion, as well as an extended beavertail. The P220 Legion in 10mm Auto uses a 5.0 inch barrel, longer than the standard .45 ACP P220 Legion's 4.4 inch barrel.

This example is the optics ready configuration, with the slide milled to accept a red dot optic. The pistol is equipped with Sig Sauer X-Ray3 day/night sights with a tritium and luminescent front sight paired with a tritium rear sight. The front strap features the Legion series checkering. Accompanied by three 8-round magazines, original box included. No optics cover plate included.
