The Sig Sauer 1911 Ultra Compact is a subcompact variant of Sig Sauer's 1911 platform, designed as a concealed carry pistol while maintaining the single action operating system and manual of arms of the traditional 1911. The Ultra Compact configuration features a 3.3 inch barrel and a shortened grip frame, resulting in a compact and concealable package. The frame and slide are machined from stainless steel and finished in Sig Sauer's Nitron coating, a durable black PVD treatment applied over the stainless substrate. 

This example is model 1911U-45-BSS, featuring Sig Sauer's low profile night sights with self luminous tritium inserts, a skeletonized hammer and trigger, front strap checkering, an extended beavertail grip safety, and an ambidextrous thumb safety. Accompanied by one 7 round magazine and original box.
