Both the frame and slide are stainless steel, with the slide machine-engraved with barbed-wire motifs along both sides and dog tags with an American flag along the top. The 5-inch stainless steel barrel is match-grade and fitted using a standard 1911 bushing system. The pistol uses single-action operation with an extended thumb safety, grip safety, skeletonized hammer, and solid trigger.

The front grip strap and flat mainspring housing are checkered for improved handling. It features smooth black synthetic with the POW-MIA emblem over the inscription “YOU ARE NEVER FORGOTTEN.” This pistol is accompanied by four 8-round magazine. No Pelican case, knife, or other accessories are included.
