The Sig Sauer 1911 Traditional Match Elite is a full size, single action, semi-automatic pistol built on the 1911 platform. The Traditional Match Elite occupies the upper tier of SIG's 1911 lineup, configured from the factory as a competition and precision shooting pistol. The pistol is constructed with a stainless steel frame and slide, fitted with a 5-inch match grade barrel and a match grade trigger. The slide features front cocking serrations in addition to the standard rear serrations. The Traditional Match Elite is equipped with an adjustable Bomar-style target rear sight paired with a blade front sight, providing precise windage and elevation adjustments for target shooting. The frame features a beavertail grip safety with memory bump, an extended ambidextrous thumb safety, a skeletonized hammer, and an undercut trigger guard.

This example is chambered in .40 S&W and features a stainless finish on the frame, slide, and controls. It is fitted with custom wood grips with a double diamond checkering pattern, as well as aggressive checkering to the front strap and mainspring housing. Accompanied by two 8-round magazines and original box.
