The Remington Model 700 BDL Custom Deluxe is a bolt action rifle built on Remington's venerable Model 700 action, one of the most widely produced and recognized bolt action platforms in the world. The action is a push feed design with dual opposing locking lugs and a recessed bolt face with a plunger ejector. The BDL Custom Deluxe designation denotes Remington's higher grade sporting configuration, featuring a polished blue finish on the receiver and barrel, a jeweled bolt body, and an American walnut Monte Carlo stock with skip line cut checkering on the pistol grip and forend, a black forend tip, and a black pistol grip cap with white line spacers. The rifle feeds from an internal box magazine with a hinged floorplate released by a catch inside the trigger guard. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounting, currently fitted with DNZ 18700 one-piece scope rings.

This example is chambered in .338 Remington Ultra Magnum with a 26 inch barrel that has been threaded and fitted with a compensator. The receiver features floral scroll engraving on both sides, and the hinged floorplate is engraved with a ram motif surrounded by floral work, as well as a jeweled bolt body. The rifle is equipped with a hooded ramp front sight and an adjustable rear sight. Accompanied by original box and manuals.
