The Sendero is distinguished from standard Model 700 variants by its heavy contour barrel, which provides greater rigidity and thermal stability during sustained strings of fire, and its HS Precision composite stock featuring an aluminum bedding block for consistent action to stock fit. The stock is a full length design with a palm swell pistol grip and a wide, flat forend suited to benchrest and prone shooting positions.

This example is chambered in .308 Winchester with a 26 inch heavy contour barrel. The barreled action, floorplate, and trigger guard are finished blued, and the bolt is jeweled. The HS Precision composite stock features a black and blue, web-like finish. A Leupold scope base and rings are installed on the receiver. No original box or accessories included.
