The Remington 700 AAC-SD (Advanced Armament Corporation - Silencer Designed) is a bolt action rifle built on the Remington 700 short action platform, developed in collaboration with Advanced Armament Corporation for suppressed fire and precision shooting. The AAC-SD features a 20 inch heavy contour barrel with tactical rifling at a 1:10 inch twist rate and a threaded muzzle. The action uses a two lug bolt with a 90 degree throw, a push feed system with a plunger ejector and spring loaded extractor, and Remington's externally adjustable X-Mark Pro trigger. The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounting.

This example is chambered in .308 Winchester and is configured with a Magpul Hunter 700 stock in OD Green, which features an aluminum bedding block, adjustable length of pull spacer system, and accepts AICS pattern detachable box magazines. A picatinny scope base is installed on the receiver. Accompanied by one detachable box magazine, no original box or accessories included.
