Remington 11-87 Sportsman Super Magnum 12 Gauge, Camo

The Remington Model 11-87 is a gas operated semi-automatic shotgun that uses a pressure compensating gas system to reliably cycle a wide range of loads without manual adjustment. Introduced in 1987 as a successor to the Model 1100, the 11-87 system vents excess gas through ports in the barrel ring to regulate bolt velocity, allowing it to function with both light target loads and heavy magnum shells. The Sportsman Super Magnum variant is chambered for 3.5 inch 12 gauge shells, extending the platform's versatility to the heaviest steel and non-toxic waterfowl loads while remaining compatible with 2 3/4 and 3 inch ammunition. The Sportsman line offered a streamlined feature set relative to the Premier models, providing the same gas system and receiver in a field-ready configuration.

This example is finished in a camouflage pattern over both the metalwork and synthetic furniture. The synthetic stock and forend feature molded checkering at the wrist and forend grip areas, rather than the Waterfowl configuration which used overmolded rubber grip panels. The shotgun is fitted with a 26 inch vent rib barrel with front bead sight. A Modified choke tube (three notch) is installed, no original box or additional accessories included.
