Remington 1100 12 Gauge, 30" Barrel

The Remington Model 1100 is a gas operated semi automatic shotgun introduced in 1963, becoming one of the most widely produced autoloading shotguns in American firearms history. The 1100 uses a gas system that bleeds propellant gases through ports in the barrel into a cylinder and piston assembly surrounding the magazine tube, cycling the action while dissipating energy to produce notably soft felt recoil relative to other semi automatic and pump action shotgun designs. The Model 1100 is built on a steel receiver with a blued finish and  features a walnut stock and forend, floral scroll engraving on the receiver and bolt carrier, and a crossbolt safety positioned at the rear of the trigger guard.

This example is chambered in 12 gauge and is fitted with a 30 inch vent rib barrel threaded for the RemChoke interchangeable choke tube system. The walnut pistol grip stock and forend feature fleur de lis checkering, and the length of pull measures 13.875 inches. The barrel is equipped with a front bead sight. Includes Improved Cylinder (installed), Skeet, and Modified RemChoke tubes. No original box or accessories included.
