The Otter Creek Labs Polonium 5.56 is a compact, duty-rated suppressor designed for 5.56 NATO/.223 Remington rifles. It uses a tubeless, fully welded construction machined from H900 heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel, providing high strength and corrosion resistance while maintaining a relatively low overall weight. The 6 mm bore supports standard 5.56 use and compatibility with common 6 mm projectiles.

The Polonium features external geometry intended to manage heat and flash while keeping overall length short for improved handling on carbines and short-barreled rifles. Rear threads follow the common 1.375×24 standard, allowing compatibility with a wide range of mounting systems. A 1/2×28 direct-thread adapter is supplied, making the suppressor ready for immediate use on typical 5.56 rifle hosts.
