The Leupold FX-II Scout IER (Intermediate Eye Relief) is a fixed power 2.5x rifle scope designed specifically for forward mounted scout rifle configurations, lever action rifles, and handguns requiring extended eye relief. Built around Leupold's second generation fixed power optical system, the FX-II Scout features a 28mm objective lens, a 1 inch main tube, and Leupold's Multicoat 4 lens system for light transmission and clarity. The intermediate eye relief design, offering approximately 9.3 inches of eye relief, allows the scope to be mounted forward of the receiver on a scout rail or in a similar extended position, maintaining peripheral vision and enabling rapid target acquisition. The scope is nitrogen filled and O-ring sealed for fog proof and waterproof performance.

The FX-II Scout uses finger adjustable windage and elevation turrets with 1/4 MOA click adjustments and is equipped with a Duplex reticle. This example is finished in matte black and is mounted on a set of 1 inch Leupold scope rings with a 0.98" ring height. No original box or accessories included.
