The Desert Eagle Pistol, not to be confused with the large frame gas operated Desert Eagle chambered in magnum calibers, is a full size semi automatic handgun manufactured by Israel Weapon Industries (IWI) and imported into the United States by Magnum Research. The pistol is based on the CZ 75 platform and is closely related to the IMI/IWI Jericho 941, sharing the same fundamental design lineage. It operates on a short recoil, locked breech system with a Browning type linkless cam action. The double action/single action trigger system is paired with a slide mounted safety/decocker, allowing the pistol to be carried safely with a round chambered and the hammer decocked. The steel frame and slide provide a solid, well balanced feel, and the CZ 75 derived slide in frame rail design contributes to a tight lockup between slide and frame.

This example features a black finish on the steel frame and slide, fixed three dot sights, a slide mounted safety/decocker, and rubber IWI branded grips. Accompanied by two 15-round magazines. No original box or accessories included.
