The Holosun HS507C-X2-ACSS is an open-emitter red dot sight featuring the ACSS Vulcan reticle, designed by Primary Arms and exclusive to this model. The reticle includes a precise 10 MOA chevron center aiming point and a large outer reference circle, which guides the shooter to proper alignment under stress. When the optic is correctly aligned, the outer circle disappears from view; if the reticle is off-center, part of the circle becomes visible, offering immediate correction. The outer circle can be disabled by the user to extend battery life.

The housing is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and hardcoat anodized for durability. It features Solar Failsafe for redundancy in varying light conditions and Shake Awake motion activation. Power is provided by a side-loading CR1632 battery, enabling up to 20,000 hours of operation on setting 6 without removing the optic from the slide. The optic uses the RMR mounting footprint and is compatible with most standard direct-mount or adapter plate systems.
