The Heckler & Koch USP Compact is a compact semi-automatic pistol derived from the full size USP platform. It operates on a short recoil, modified Browning cam-lock action and incorporates HK's proprietary recoil reduction system, which uses a captive coil spring over a guided rod to buffer slide momentum. The USP Compact was designed as a concealment and duty sidearm, reducing overall length and height compared to the full size USP while incorporating a bobbed hammer to minimize snagging during a draw from concealment. The polymer frame includes HK's universal mounting groove forward of the trigger guard, which accepts HK pattern accessories.

This example is chambered in 9mm in V1 configuration, featuring a left mounted combination safety and decocker lever with double action/single action trigger operation. The pistol is equipped with Trijicon night sights consisting of a U-notch rear sight with tritium inserts and a red tritium front sight. Accompanied by two 10-round magazines and original case.
