The Heckler & Koch P30 is a full size hammer fired semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9x19. This example is the V3 variant, featuring a traditional double action/single action trigger with an ambidextrous frame mounted safety lever. The P30 operates on a short recoil, modified Browning linkless cam-lock system and incorporates HK's modular grip system with interchangeable backstraps and lateral grip panels, allowing the shooter to customize grip dimensions across multiple size configurations. The dust cover features an integrated accessory rail, and the controls include an ambidextrous slide release and firing pin block safety.

This example is configured with the ambidextrous paddle magazine release, HK's traditional European style release lever located at the base of the trigger guard. The pistol features a black polymer frame and a black finished steel slide. The P30 uses a 3.85 inch cold hammer forged barrel with polygonal rifling.
