The Heckler & Koch HK45 is a full size DA/SA semi automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP, developed as a refinement of the HK USP45 platform incorporating lessons learned from the U.S. Joint Combat Pistol and Combat Pistol programs. The HK45 uses a modified Browning linkless locked breech action paired with HK's proprietary recoil reduction system, which buffers the slide's rearward travel to reduce felt recoil and battering on internal components. The pistol is built on a polymer frame with an integral MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny accessory rail and features HK's modular grip system with interchangeable backstraps and lateral grip panels, allowing the shooter to customize grip circumference and ergonomics. The barrel is cold hammer forged with polygonal rifling, a hallmark of HK production that promotes barrel longevity and consistent velocities. The HK45 feeds from a double stack polymer magazine and incorporates an ambidextrous slide release and an oversized polymer trigger guard.

This example is a V1 variant, configured with a left side frame mounted manual safety and decocker lever, permitting cocked and locked carry or safe decocking of the hammer. The pistol is fitted with XS tritium night sights for low light target acquisition. Accompanied by two 10-round magazines, additional medium backstrap, and original box.
