Geissele URGI 14.5" 5.56, Surefire 4 Prong Flash Hider, Anderson Unmarked Lower
This rifle features a factory-built Geissele URGI 14.5" upper receiver group, closely mirroring the configuration used by U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC). Developed as part of a mid-life upgrade program to enhance the performance of the M4A1, the URGI (Upper Receiver Group Improved) represents a modernized evolution of the military's battle-proven carbines.
At the heart of the upper is a cold hammer forged 14.5" barrel paired with a SureFire 4-prong flash hider, which is pinned and welded to reach a non-NFA length. The Geissele Mk16 13.5" M-LOK handguard, chosen by SOCOM for its strength and rigidity, provides a rock-solid mounting platform with ample rail space for lasers, lights, and other accessories. A mid-length gas system improves reliability and recoil impulse over the original carbine-length system, and Geissele’s Airborne Charging Handle and Super Gas Block round out the upper with high-quality components.
The result is a near-clone of the actual contract upper, offering civilian shooters and collectors the opportunity to own a rifle built to the same standard as those issued to America’s most elite units.
