The Grand Power P45 is a full size DA/SA semi automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP, designed and manufactured by Grand Power in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia. The P45 operates on a rotating barrel locking system, in which the barrel rotates during the recoil cycle to lock and unlock from the slide, a mechanism that distributes recoil forces more evenly. The pistol is built on a polymer frame with an integrated accessory rail and features a DA/SA trigger system with an external hammer. Controls are ambidextrous, including a frame mounted safety with decocker function and an ambidextrous slide release. The slide features a multi faceted top profile formed by a series of angled flat cuts, and rear serrations. The P45 feeds from a single stack magazine.

This example was imported from Slovakia by RSA Enterprises Inc. of Ocean, NJ. The slide wears a polished blued finish and the barrel is stainless in color. The pistol is fitted with a shrouded metal white dot rear sight paired with a polymer white dot front sight. Accompanied by two 10-round magazines, an additional front sight, instruction manual, lock, cleaning brush, and original box.
