The Glock 19 Gen 3 is a compact striker fired semi automatic pistol chambered in 9x19. It operates on a short recoil, locked breech system with a modified Browning cam lock action and uses Glock's Safe Action trigger system. The Gen 3 configuration features a polymer frame with an integrated accessory rail, finger grooves on the front strap, and textured grip panels.
