The ELCAN SU-269/PVS is a military contract variant of the SpecterDR designed to provide both close-quarters and distance capability in a single optic. A side-mounted lever allows instant switching between true 1x unity magnification and fixed 4x magnification. The optical system provides a wide field of view and incorporates the DFOV14-E1 reticle, which uses a cross-hatch reference pattern distinct from the dot-style reticles used in standard SpecterDR models. The reticle is etched and illuminated for use in low-light environments.

The housing is machined from aluminum and sealed against environmental exposure. Windage and elevation adjustments are external with protective caps to secure settings. The integrated mount attaches directly to MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny rails using factory throw levers. Reticle illumination is powered by a lithium battery. No original box or accessories included.
