The Czechmate Parrot is built on the steel CZ 75 TS frame with a single action trigger system and extended controls. The pistol is supplied in an Open configuration with a frame mounted optic, slide racker, and multi-port compensator. The extended beavertail, undercut trigger guard, and large aluminum magwell are part of the base configuration, along with thin aluminum grip panels and a competition hammer and trigger assembly.

The pistol is also supplied with components allowing conversion between Open and iron sight configurations, including alternate sight hardware and control parts. Factory accessories include three 20-round magazines and one 26-round magazine, optic mount with C-More sight, compensator, slide racker, spare slide stops and pins, sight block conversion kit, iron sight conversion, and the CZ hard case.
