The Colt Model 1903 Pocket Hammerless is a single action, blowback operated semi automatic pistol designed by John Moses Browning and originally produced by Colt's Manufacturing Company from 1903 through 1945. The pistol features a concealed hammer shrouded within the rear of the slide, producing a smooth, snag free profile suited to pocket carry without snagging on clothing or holster material. The Model 1903 became one of the pistols used in the United States military's General Officer's Pistol program, which provided specially prepared .32 ACP examples to senior Army officers as a personal defense sidearm beginning in 1943-1944. The program continued for decades, with the 1903 eventually supplemented and replaced by other platforms. Beginning in 2015, US Armament Corp produced a series of new manufacture GOP reproductions under license from Colt, building new pistols to the original 1903 Browning pattern. These reproductions follow the original design with a grip safety, concealed hammer, and blowback operation, and were offered in both parkerized and blued finish configurations.

This example is the General Officer's Pistol variation, featuring a 3 3/4 inch barrel, matte parkerized finish on the carbon steel frame and slide, "U.S. Property" marking on the right side of the frame, and a GOP serial prefix. The pistol is fitted with checkered wood grips bearing Colt medallions. Accompanied by one 8-round magazine, original box, manuals, and sleeve.
