The Browning Cynergy is an over/under shotgun introduced by Browning in 2004, manufactured by Miroku in Japan. The Cynergy represented a significant departure from the long running Citori platform, featuring a low profile MonoLock hinge system that positions the barrels closer to the shooter's hands and reduces overall receiver height. The first generation Cynergy design is distinguished by its reverse striker mechanical trigger system and a distinctive curved Inflex style recoil pad integrated into an ergonomically angled buttstock. The Cynergy Field variant is configured for upland and general field use, built on a steel receiver with factory game scene engraving. The shotgun uses back bored barrels with a ventilated top rib and is fitted with a gold single selective trigger, automatic ejectors, and ivory front and mid bead sights. The stock and fore-end are walnut with cut checkering.

This example is fitted with 26 inch barrels currently equipped with two Diana Grade Invector-Plus extended Skeet choke tubes in titanium nitride finish. The receiver engraving depicts ducks on the left side, pheasants on the right side, and a dog vignette on the underside of the receiver. The length of pull measures 14 inches. Accompanied by a total of 13 choke tubes including the two installed, spanning three choke tube types. Five Diana Grade Invector-Plus extended tubes in titanium nitride finish (gold with black tips) in Improved Cylinder, Modified, Light Modified, and two Skeet constrictions (two Skeet installed). Five Invector-DS extended tubes (silver with gold band at tip) in Light Modified, Improved Modified, Full, Modified, and Skeet constrictions. Three black Invector-Plus flush fit tubes in Full, Improved Cylinder, and Modified constrictions. Original box included.
