Benelli Super Black Eagle II Left Hand 12 Gauge, 28" Barrel, Realtree Camo
The Benelli Super Black Eagle II is a semi-automatic shotgun operating on Benelli's inertia driven system, introduced in 2004 as the successor to the original Super Black Eagle. The inertia system uses a two piece bolt assembly consisting of a rotating bolt head and an inertia spring housed within the bolt body, using the energy of recoil to compress the inertia spring and cycle the action. This design eliminates the need for gas ports, pistons, or o-rings, resulting in a cleaner running action with fewer parts subject to fouling or wear. The Super Black Eagle II is chambered for 3.5 inch magnum shells and cycles 2 3/4 inch, 3 inch, and 3.5 inch loads interchangeably without adjustment. The SBE II introduced refinements over the original SBE including Benelli's Combtech cheek comfort system, a larger trigger guard, and improved ergonomics.
This example is a left hand model, finished in Realtree camo on the receiver, barrel, stock, and forend. It is fitted with a 28 inch barrel with a ventilated rib and red bar front sight, threaded for Benelli Crio choke tubes with a Briley Light Modified choke tube installed. The shotgun is equipped with an extended magazine tube and has a length of pull measuring 14 inches. No original box or accessories included.
