The Beretta/LTT PX4 Compact Carry is a collaborative production between Beretta and Langdon Tactical Technology (LTT), built on Beretta's PX4 Storm Compact platform. The PX4 Storm operates on a short recoil, rotating barrel locking system in which the barrel rotates approximately 30 degrees during the recoil cycle to unlock from the slide, a design that distributes recoil forces more evenly than traditional tilting barrel systems. The Compact Carry variant incorporates LTT's trigger job and action work, optimizing the DA/SA fire control group for a smoother double action pull and a crisper single action break. The PX4 platform uses a polymer frame with interchangeable backstraps, a frame mounted decocking lever that also functions as a safety on standard models (converted to decock only on LTT variants), and a cold hammer forged barrel.

This example features a gray finished slide with an LTT RDO cut and an Aimpoint ACRO mounting plate installed in an irons forward configuration. The fire control group uses a Grayguns flat trigger, an NP3 finished decocking lever, and a bobbed hammer. A Vantage compact compensator is installed on the muzzle, paired with a Streamlight TLR-7 Sub weapon light that has been custom engraved with the LTT logo on both sides. The frame is fitted with a gray finished Springer Precision magwell. The pistol is accompanied by two NP3 finished 15-round magazines with gray Springer Precision basepads, original box, and a set of Talon grip tape.
