The Arsenal SAM5-62 is a semi-automatic AK-pattern rifle chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO and built on a Bulgarian hot-die hammer-forged milled receiver. It uses a 16.3-inch cold hammer-forged barrel with a hard chrome-plated bore and chamber, threaded 14x1mm left-hand, and equipped with an AK-351 muzzle brake. Both the bolt and bolt carrier are hot-die hammer forged for extended service life.

Furniture consists of an intermediate-length U.S.-made 10-inch trapdoor polymer buttstock with a 13.4-inch length of pull, black polymer handguards, and Magpul pistol grip. The receiver incorporates a factory side-mounted optics rail. The FIME Enhanced Fire Control Group is installed, providing a refined trigger pull within the 922(r) compliant parts set. This configuration is paired with one 20-round Circle-10 magazine. No original box, accessories, or cleaning rod included.
