The CompM5 is part of Aimpoint’s closed emitter sight series, using an LED projected dot with adjustable brightness settings for daylight and low light conditions. The optic body is machined from aluminum and fully enclosed to protect the emitter from debris and environmental exposure. Elevation and windage adjustments are integrated into capped turrets, and the optic operates from a single AAA battery installed in the side compartment.

The Scalarworks LEAP mount provides a fixed height mounting interface at 1.57 inch optical centerline, positioning the sight for a lower 1/3 style co-witness height on standard AR pattern rifles. The mount uses a lightweight skeletonized design with a clamp system intended for direct attachment to MIL-STD-1913 rails while maintaining repeatable positioning when removed and reinstalled. No original box or accessories included.
