The Anschutz 1418 is a bolt action rimfire sporting rifle built on the Anschutz 64 action, featuring rear locking via the bolt handle and a cammed firing pin system for a short lock time. The 1418 was offered in Stutzen configurations featuring a full length Mannlicher style walnut stock extending to the muzzle and terminating with a schnabel forend tip. The stock features skip line checkering at the pistol grip and forend, along with a pancake style cheekpiece on the buttstock. The receiver incorporates integral dovetail rails for scope mounting. The rifle feeds from a detachable box magazine and is finished in blue.
