The 3M Peltor ComTac V is the fifth-generation ComTac headset, designed for combined hearing protection and tactical communication. This model is finished in OD Green and configured with a single downlead for direct integration with a single radio system.

Electronic circuitry amplifies low-level ambient sounds while compressing impulse noise from gunfire to safe levels. External environmental microphones provide directional hearing, supporting situational awareness during field use. The headset features replaceable ear cushions, an adjustable headband, and is designed for use with ballistic helmets and other protective gear. The ComTac V series incorporates improved RF shielding and audio clarity over previous generations. No Push-to-talk or original accessories included.
